The inadequacy of the former worship space at Oakwood Village suggested capital improvements that would provide new worship and administrative spaces. The new project involved the demolition of an outdated office structure attached to the north wing of the existing nursing home.

The selected materials and construction are intended to be sympathetic to the adjacent structure, while the curved geometry and symbolic appointments address the special nature of the program.
