Experience:
Since joining BWZ, Mr. Engman has been responsible for project design, document preparation, and construction administration for a wide range of building types and clients. His experience includes tenant improvements, remodeling, historic reuse, and new construction.
Mr. Engman has been responsible for design and execution at the Christ Presbyterian Church, the Lincoln School Apartments and Parking Facility, the Whyte & Hirschboeck Law Offices, and the Legislative Fiscal Bureau Offices. His continuing association with the Oakwood Village Retirement Community includes the Resurrection Chapel and Administration Facility, the sixty-bed Tabor Oaks Assisted Living Facility, and ongoing campus master planning work.
Mr. Engman has been a member of the design and contract document teams assigned to major institutional projects for the University of Wisconsin - Madison, including the Biochemistry Research Laboratories, the Engineering School, the McClain Athletic Facility, and the Law School.
