New Development The goal of this project was to assist in bringing more permanent and affluent residents to Central Madison. To accomplish this goal, a choice site, thoughtful unit design, very attractive overall appearance and quality construction was necessary. The Fauerbach provides all the important ingrediants. |

Located on a unique two-acre site with Lake Manona frontage, the site lies in the
shadow of the State Capitol. Every unit faces solar south providing woodburning
fireplaces and large private lakeside patio or decks. Every effort was made
to individualize unit entrances, provide spacious foyers and have flow-through
ventilation. Landscaping is done in the manner of a New Orleans courtyard.
