    The purpose of the project was to design an undergraduate classroom, auditorium and faculty to meet the needs of a small University campus located on a pedestrian mall.

    •  
     
    Project solutions and highlights include:
  • A free standing sunscreen, with limestone trim and flanking walls of matching face brick to provide contextual reference and common scale to the existing library.
  • Flexible, interconnected classrooms, media laboratories, and faculty offices were developed in simple clusters at the mall level and lower levels to facilitate access and rearrangement.
